First 90 Minute Session:  In the first session, we dive deep into your vision, discussing pain points, obstacles and future goals.  We take a holistic approach and help you discover what you want, not only for your business but for life. We’ll ask only the questions that matter, so we can develop a plan that is uniquely tailored to you and your ideas.  We strive for what we call “Pure Profitability” where your aspired financial goals are realized while still remaining true to you and what you find most important in life.

Between Sessions:  We’ll then create a detailed action plan to implement the ideas we’ve explored with you. This business plan will include all the technical aspects of implementation such as staffing, budget, marketing, technologies and other elements you’ll need to fully implement this new phase of your business.

Second 90-Minute Session:  In the second session, we’ll review the action plan together, talk through the progression of changes and ensure each outcome is aligned with your vision. We’ll also chart the course forward, planning next steps with exacting detail and equip you with all the information you need to begin your new venture with success.

Following the last session, we’ll make final refinements to your business plan and publish this information in the location of your choosing.  We won’t allow you to begin this new journey unaided so we’ll continue to provide guidance and support via Voxer and/or Email for 6 weeks following our second session.
